  • Typical business coaching lasts between 6 and 12 months depending on the needs and the goals of the client.

  • Frequency is typically 3x a month for one hour each session via zoom. I highly recommend leaving 1 week off a month so you can integrate and apply the lessons learned.

  • Yes! So long as your coaching calls are used to support your business and personal leadership growth, business coaching is able to be written off your taxes.

  • Every entrepreneur has different needs, but each conversation will be led by your goals and the roadblocks you currently experience. You’ll learn my signature self-coaching method to boost your self-trust in decision making and uncover authentic ways to improve your management and sales skills, design a workflow that actually gets shit done without burning you out, and how to take bigger leaps with more ease repeatedly.
